    The Security Managed Services Engineer (L3) is responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients. Their primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. This role is responsible for managing tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, aware of clients high level and low level security architecture and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. This position uses considerable judgment and independent analysis within defined policies and practices. This role applies analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions.

    This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

    What you'll be doing

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • • Able to deploy and maintain cyber security solution and performing on-site andremote installation and support.
      • Will also perform configuration, testing and maintenance support for the security solutions.
      • Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents,outages and infrastructure challenges.
      • Develop and maintain technical and configurations documentation
      • Perform administration of security solutions and check to ensure system is runningas expected in terms of performance and security
      • Contribute in performing security assessments against industry frameworks andrecommend improvements
      • Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
      • Log incidents (either via phone or email) into incident management system (ITSM).Track and handle all incidents within client's SLA.
      • Follow up with customer on pending tickets for closure.
      • Provide phone/email and on-site (if required) support, resolving, mitigation,troubleshooting and investigating issues pertaining to deployed cybersecurity solutions.
      • Willing to do 24 X 7 standby


    Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

    • Relevant Cyber Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CYSA+, CISM, CASP+CE, CEH, etc.
    • Experience in providing information for audits and assessments
    • Experience in Cyber Security investigation and Digital computer forensics
    • Experience in designing and implementing systems that meet agency Cyber Security policy and regulations
    • Extensive experience in Cyber Security tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks
    • Willingness to learn new things, work on new certifications, and continuous learning
    • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to changes


    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Bachelors degree in computer, electronics engineering or relevant fields
    • Good verbal and written English communication skills. We actively communicate with our global peers and managers.
    • 8+ years of IT security experience and relevant SOC Operations & Incident Management skills
    • Good understanding of Incident Response methodologies and taxonomy
    • Proven experience on SOC tools implementations (design, migrate, implement, operate)
    • Strong ability to leverage Security Analytics for detection
    • Passionate for security technology and trends.
    • Good researcher.
    • Ability to build documents / presentations like Feasibility Reports, Process design, procedures, educational materials etc.
    • Motivated self-starter with strong problem solving, pro-active and analytical skills.
    • Fintech company experience will be a plus
