Job Requirements andKnowledge:

Thesuccessful candidate will provide a complete procurement service tothe NBCRFLI in order to enable all relevant departments to performtheir core functions including the maintenance of costs. He/shewill ensure proper contract management by applying the Procure 2Pay processthrough:

Compliance to Procurement Policy and Standard Operating Procedures(SOP s) when purchasing goods andservices

Management of Supplier Database i.e. loading new suppliers ondatabase; blocking of old/ underutilised Suppliers on database;updating of Supplier information on database and maintaining ofSupplier informationchecklist

Store Management where you will receive/ issue stock physically andon MM SAP,

Assisting the Procurement Manager with the tendering processthrough opening tenders, preparing tender documentation, provideadministration assistance in Bid Committees and filling of tenderdocuments,

Administration of Purchasing Monitoring System through creation ofdaily purchase orders on MM SAP, and sourcing of competitivequotations,

Assisting the Procurement Manager to prepare monthly ManagementReports by providing monthly Supplier Database managementstats

Supplier Negotiations where you will negotiate price discounts,reduced lead-times, maintain savings register and maintain a goodrelationship with thesuppliers

SLA s and Contract Management through preparation and drawing-upContract Amendments/ extension; Maintain Contract/ SLA templates;Investigate and address variance between SLAs and Monthlyinvoices

Maintain professional relationship with Internal and Externalcustomers with Procurement related queries and keep opencommunication with all relevantDepartments

Risk Management and identify areas of risk exposure and assist todesign mitigatingcontrols

Manage and monitor the issuing and usage of cell phones, 3G cardsand iPads tostaff

Assisting users with cell phone upgrades and other relatedqueries

Assist and educate users on the use of the SAP ProcurementSystem

Insurance and Fleet Management and ensure that all insurance coversare updated with latest information, ensure License disk renewaland payments of Disc and trafficfines
