- Accompagner et conseiller les gestionnaires dans la gestion des ressources humaines pour l ensemble de l entreprise.
- Effectuer toutes les tapes du recrutement soit la compr hension du besoin, la pr paration des offres d emploi, l analyse des candidatures, les entrevues, la s lection des candidats, ainsi que l accueil et int gration des nouveaux employ s.
- S impliquer dans les interventions aupr s des employ s et s assurer du suivi dans les dossiers.
- Effectuer les suivis administratifs en ce qui a trait au r gime d assurances collectives, l assurance-emploi et de la CNESST.
- Coordonner et participer au processus d valuation des employ s.
- Diriger et g rer l quipe de sant et s curit du travail afin dam liorer et maintenir les meilleures pratiques en la mati re.
- Travailler de concert avec l agence pour le recrutement l internationale.
- G rer et maintenir l quit salariale.
- Participer au d veloppement du marketing RH.
- Veiller et s assurer de maintenir un climat positif au sein des quipes.
- Joueur d quipe, tu as la passion de l tre humain
- Tu as de l initiative, de l nergie et tu sais comment tablir des liens de confiance naturellement.
- Tu es reconnu pour ton organisation, ton leadership positif, pour ton sens de la r solution de probl me et aussi pour tes qualit s relationnelles.
- Bonne connaissance des lois du travail.
- DEC ou baccalaur at en gestion ou domaine quivalent.
- Poss der un minimum de cinq ann es d exp rience dans un poste similaire.
