    TheBusiness DevelopmentManager leads the end-to-enddevelopment of our associates pipelineinKSA.Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and managingstrategic partnerships and marketing deals that drive competitiveadvantage and customer delight, and support strategic objectives ona global basis. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs andbenefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders acrossall functional areas of Cartlow to execute therelationships. Prepare and give business reviews to the seniormanagementteam

    AboutTheTeam:

    Youwill join our Commercial Team, whose mission is to engage customersin their online journey and influence their product discovery andshopping decisions. Cartlow Associates offers traffic diversitythrough thousands of sites that link to Cartlow through contentthat engages customers at all stages of the purchasing funnel frominspiration to research, price checks, discovering a deal, orsubscribing to aservice.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand execute the complete reverse supply chain ecosystem within theMEAregion.
    • Identifythe potential leads for the aftermarket solution requirement fromthe consumer electronics sector and convert them intoaccount.
    • Facilitatea strong understanding of Reverse Logistics to push the existingRLS capability of the organization such as Trade-in &buyback, repair & refurbishment, Liquidation &Recycling, and Remarketing & Redistribution, and recommendnew RLSprograms.
    • Keepinga regular business review and performance & businessdevelopment tracker for the existing and new businessdevelopment.
    • Identifyand implement cost-saving and revenue-driving opportunities for theRLS department within theorganization.
    • Leadnegotiations with key external partners and associates, deliveringvalue to the partner andCartlow.
    • Bethe KSA single-threaded owner for marketing partnership andassociates business developmentopportunities.
    • Ownthe execution of the partnership end-to-end from prospecting,negotiation, legal contract signing (working with the legal team),on-site marketing execution, creative management with the designteam, accounting consolidation (with the accounting team), andreporting.
    • Buildyearly and quarterly plans and forecasts for KSApartnerships.
    • Identify,recruit and manage associatesaccounts.
    • Track,measure, and report on channel results, reporting weekly, monthly,and quarterly KPIs and translate analytical findings intoactionable insights and concise business actions andrecommendations.


    Requirements

    • NativeArabic speaker, Fluency in English is Amust.
    • +7years experience in Business Development, Partnership or B2Bcustomer-facing roles in the digital and/or e-commercespace.
    • Demonstratedability to source, launch and expand complexpartnerships.
    • Provenanalytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude forsolvingproblems.
    • Bachelorsdegree..

    PreferredQualifications:


    Abilityto work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achievingsuccess in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managingmultipleresponsibilities.
    Strongoral and written communication skills along with a proven abilityto influence others internally andexternally.
    Soundbusiness judgment and strong analyticalthinking.
