We arelooking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals,with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to delivereffective solutions for customers, to enable collections andminimize bad-debt write-offs for ourclients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Investigating and responding to a defined range of customer queriesor inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions forcustomers.

Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customerqueries

Analyzing and interpreting data on the available systems to resolvecustomerqueries

Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels toensure they are handled and resolved in a timelymanner.

Provide accurate information on products and services to customersto ensure consistency across theorganization

Retrieving and updating customer or company information on therelevant systems to ensure accurate information is available forprocessing.

Correcting customer records based on data gathered (i.e. updatingcustomer contact details and escalating concerns regarding missing/ expected data) to enable issues to beresolved.

Completing a defined range of transactions using specifiedprocesses to ensure accurate processing ofinformation

Providing regular feedback on work in progress and activity levelsto your Team Leader via metrics, to ensure workloads areappropriately managed and performance standardsmet.

Accurately completing work trackers on a daily basis to enableworkloads to be appropriatelyallocated.

Keeping up-to-date on relevant company policy and local proceduresto ensure tasks are appropriately handled, first timeright.

Requirements

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONSAND LEVEL OF EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:

AMatric certificate or equivalentqualification.

Above-average proficiency in English is an essentialrequirement

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealingwith internationalclients

Aminimum of 6 months working experience in dual-focus (back-office& voice) Agent/Associate role, within an inbound/outboundcontact centerenvironment

Proficiency in the following Microsoft packages (Word, Excel&Outlook.
