- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This may include managing correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Travel and Logistics Coordination: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual equipment setup.
- Meeting and Event Support: Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, conferences, and events. This may involve scheduling, sending invitations, preparing agendas and materials, and taking meeting minutes.
- Office Management: Oversee general office operations and ensure a clean and organized workspace. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage office supplies inventory, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data analysis, preparing reports, conducting research, or assisting with recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
