    As a Local Content Manager you will play apivotal role in ensuring compliance with local content requirementsand fostering community engagement. Your responsibilities willrevolve around coordinating with local suppliers monitoringcompliance with regulatory frameworks and facilitating partnershipsto enhance the projects impact on the localeconomy.

    • Developing and implementingstrategies to meet local content requirements set by regulatorybodies.
    • Conducting regular audits to ensureadherence to local content regulations across projectoperations.
    • Collaborating with procurementteams to identify local suppliers and integrate them into thesupply chain.
    • Overseeing and managing localcontent requirements for the project ensuring compliance with localregulations and
    • standards while maximizinglocal participation and content.
    • Lead theefforts of reviewing draft tender documents in coordination withprojects leaders the Local Content Authority
    • to ensure that Local Content regulations arefollowed.
    • Act as a liaison between the projectand local communities ensuring transparent communication andaddressing
    • concernseffectively.
    • Implementing community developmentinitiatives aimed at maximizing the projects positive impact on thelocal
    • economy andsociety.
    • Organizing outreach programs andevents to promote awareness of project activities and opportunitiesfor local
    • involvement.
    • Conductingand managing the technical evaluations pertaining to Local Contentwithin procurement bids to ensure
    • that thebidding entities are technically fit for the publishedRFPs.
    • Forging partnerships with localbusinesses educational institutions and government agencies topromote skills
    • development and employmentopportunities.
    • Collaborating with relevantstakeholders to leverage resources and expertise for the benefit oflocal communities.
    • Maintaining accurate recordsof local content compliance supplier interactions and communityengagement
    • activities.
    • Preparingregular reports for project management and regulatory authoritieshighlighting achievements challenges
    • and areasfor improvement.
    • Ensuring compliance withreporting requirements stipulated by regulatory bodies and projectstakeholders.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration Economics or arelated field. A Masters degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 15 years of overall work experience in relevantdiscipline with 10 years in rail related industry.
    • Experience and demonstrated ability to conduct trainingcourses using innovative classroom techniques and standard orimprovised teaching aids.
    • Strong understandingof local content regulations and their implications for projectimplementation in KSA.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport withdiverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and software for reporting anddocumentation.
    • Commitment to promoting localdevelopment and fostering sustainable partnerships.
    • Preferably with Arabic language skills/ SaudiNational
    • Experience in putting together& managing Knowledge transfer programs in a GCC Countryenvironment preferablyKSA
