    JobDescription:

    TheHuman Resource Director is responsible for leading and executingthe companys human resource strategy to support business goals andobjectives. The HR Director will work closely with the seniorleadership team to create and implement initiatives that driveemployee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, andorganizationaleffectiveness.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand implement the HR strategy in alignment with the overallbusiness strategy.
    • Lead talentacquisition and management efforts, including recruitment,onboarding, and employee developmentprograms.
    • Manage employee relations,including addressing and resolving workplace issues, grievances,and conflicts.
    • Oversee the designand administration of employee benefits, compensation, andrecognition programs.
    • Collaboratewith the leadership team to drive a culture of engagement,diversity, and inclusion.
    • Manage HRmetrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programsand initiatives.
    • Develop andmaintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders andexternal resources, including recruiters, employee organizations,and training providers.
    • Ensure HRpolicies and procedures comply with legal and regulatoryrequirements.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Mastersdegree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.

    • A minimumof 5 years of experience in HR leadership, witha proven track record of driving HR initiatives andprograms.
    • Strong interpersonal andleadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively with senior leaders andemployees.
    • Knowledge of HR laws andregulations, including employment law, compensation, andbenefits.
    • Excellent communication,problem-solving, and project managementskills.
