    Al Borg Diagnostics a leading provider of diagnostic health services is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

    At Al Borg Diagnostics we value the importance of reliable and efficient customer service. As a Call Center Agent you will play a crucial role in providing accurate information addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

    If you have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment we would love to have you on our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer and respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide accurate information about our diagnostic services scheduling appointments and resolving client concerns.
    • Keep customer records uptodate and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer service.
    • Collaborate with teams across the organization to address customer needs and ensure a seamless service experience.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriate department.
    • Meet individual and team performance targets and goals.
    • Stay uptodate with company updates policies and industry trends
