    What is therole

    The purpose of the role is to create valuein the allocated accounts portfolio through effective design andimplementation of individual account strategies to build long termsustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. Therole involves professional field sales and high level customerconsultation in the defined territory within the target industry.The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technicalsupport to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.

    What does the role involve

    • Professional field sales and highlevelcustomer consultation in territories nationwide within the targetindustry
    • Developing existing as well asestablishing new customer relationships
    • Providing efficient solutions and technical support onbuilding sites backed by our innovative range of products andservices
    • Introduction of new products andrepresentation of the Hilti brand in the market place
    • Promotion and demonstration of Hilti products andsolutions using a fully equipped branded vehicle
    • To exceed target and maximize profitable growth in theregion and to manage the financial resources allocated to employeeand the team
    • Grow focus customer base within adefined territory through outside businesstobusiness facetofacesales
    • Develop business plans to effectivelymaintain and grow focus customer sales
    • Leverage multiple sales channels to maximize territoryrevenue

    What you need is:

    • A Bachelors degree in engineering
    • Sales oriented with experience working inConstruction
    • Experience in managing projectswith multiple stakeholders and presenting project status and risksto senior management
    • A solutionoriented mindset determined to consistently meet and exceed goal
    • Effective communication skills with the ability tomultitask priorities and manage time effectively
