    Responsibilities: Our Account Manager drives andsupports revenue and profit growth by establishing and maintainingrelationships and connectivity with clients at senior levels withintheir organization. You will also continue the development andexecution of strategic account plans which are aligned with globalregional and local sales and marketing strategies.
    Responsibilities &Duties:

    SAFETY SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
    • Maintains safety and servicequality as immediate priorities when working across all areas ofthe business
    • Maintains the highest standardsof corporate governance ensuring that all activities are carriedout ethically and in compliance with Company policies andprocedures relevant laws regulations standards and industrypractices
    • Upholds exemplary businessprinciples in accordance with the FCPA and Weatherford overseastrade compliance policies setting standards of behavior andperformance

    OPERATIONAL CAPABILTY
    • Ownership of the Account Management life cycle process start tofinish stepping up to deliver on your responsibilities isultimately your accountability.
    • Responsiblefor the Account Plan in SFDC communicating the plan to allstakeholders planning resources & activities to achieve thePlans annual performance
    • Adopt and driveconsistent & effective use of Technology (SFDCXAITPorter)
    • Oversee the tender development andresponse process ensure all resources are available for highestquality tender submissions via the tender managementprocess
    • Accountable for addressing budgetconsiderations for proposals as well as addressing technicalspecifications with the client in conjunction with technicalsales
    • In conjunction with Tech Sales and SalesVP/Director responsible for negotiations inc; contract extensionsensuring SFDC is kept up to date as well as liaise with legal asnecessary for drafting
    • Assemble anddisseminate market intelligence including gathering clientfeedback
    • Develop and execute strategic plansto strengthen WFT Identity by understanding customer/industry keyobjectives & challenges emphasizing and aligning our CoreCapabilities
    • Oversee all areas of businessrisk and ensure strategies exist to mitigate these as much aspossible
    • Once notified by client of results ofthe tender process the role is accountable for arranging a debriefin the event of a loss or advising key stakeholders in the event ofa win including updating SFDC
    • Accountable forarranging & facilitating a contract handover meeting withkey stakeholders and generating a contract summarysheet
    • Accountable for reviewing contractperformance and that all relevant matters are brought beforemanagement

    CLIENT COMMUNICATION
    • Learn and understand customers needs and tailors service offeringto meet or exceed their requirements
    • Accountable for developing the Client Engagement Plan to enhancethe profitability of the company through expanding Weatherfordprovision of products and services to new and existingcustomers
    • Delivers presentations to clientsand participates in relevant industry forums/ marketingevents
    • Lead and manage client commercialarrangements to ensure best value and long termviability
    • Manages clients expectations as wellas problem job communication and agreement
    • Accountable for communicating with the client whether the Companyintends to participate in tender process
    • Facilitates close of contract with key stakeholders andclient

    FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
    • Generates revenue targets through the account plans & hasquarterly reviews with Sales VP/Dir
    • Accountable for finalizing the Upsell Plan asper the bid strategy
    • Accountable for action toidentify and address revenue gaps for the year to ensure targetachievement
    • Evaluates sales opportunities viathe Technical Sales personnel
    • Ensure allCommercial processes are applied through TPMS to maximizeefficiency of pricing &tendering

    PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
    • Awareness of Companys policies on performancemanagement
    • Undertakes necessary Sales and PLtraining to enhance their process excellence and ability to improvesales growth via xPLopportunities
    Qualifications:
    • 5 years industry experience anda minimum of 1 years in industry sales.
    • Ability to demonstrate that they are commercially astute and have agood understanding of tenders contracts negotiations high margin /profitability achievement as well as the requirements for highquality customer service
    • Excellent customerrelationship skills.
    • Sufficient businessacumen to enable opportunity evaluation and effectiveprioritiziation
    • Must be a team player withgood communication skills both verbal andwritten
    • Ability to manage simultaneousprojects under tight schedules relaxed under pressure
    • Familiarity with the latest developments insales management techniques.
