    Responsibilities:

    Copy, scan and storedocuments

    Update Project and OrganizationalLogs

    BurnCDs and Transfer files byFTP

    PrepareDocument SubmittedForms

    DraftLetters andCorrespondence

    Check for accuracy and editfiles

    Reviewand update technical documents (e.g. manuals andworkflows)

    Distribute project-related copies to internalteams

    Filedocuments in physical and digitalrecords

    Create templates for futureuse

    Retrievefiles as requested by employees andclients

    Manage the flow of documentation within the project andorganization

    Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms ofagreement

    Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed Draft and circulateMinutes ofMeeting



    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similarrole

    Experience in Security or ConstructionProjects

    Familiarity with projectmanagement

    Hands-on experience with MS Office and MSExcel

    Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems(EDMS)

    Proficient typing and editingskills

    Dataorganizationskills
