    Subject matter expert and leader for PMO and project controls services within assigned Hub(s) supporting the development of high performing teams, best in class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace and ensure that service offering continues to meet and exceed client expectations whilst outperforming competitors.

    • You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
    • You will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.
    • You will be a recognised expert in PMO and project controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
    • Being accountable for the PMO and project controls performance of all service delivery on deployed programme.
    • Ensuring all PMO and risk management services are fully aligned with best practice and international ISO standards and is reflected in all control centre.
    • Acting as a role model and mentor to others.
    • Providing expert advice and support to all projects within their Hub and additional support to other hubs as/when required. Partnering with clients exceeding their expectations and building strong professional relationships.
    • Acting as PMO and project controls subject matter expert.
    • Leading and directing the delivery of all technical PMO and project controls services including all aspects of digital services.
    • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

    You'll need to have:

    • A bachelor's degree in related field.
    • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
    • Good communications skills.
    • Arabic language knowledge is a significant advantage.

    You'll also have:

    • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
    • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
    • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
    • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
    • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
    • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
