    We are looking for a resultsdriven creative Marketing Manager whowill be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of allintegrated campaigns and marketing initiatives in the country. Inthis role you will create a positive working environment keep theteam spirits up and encourage staff to perform to the best of theirability. You will lead by example and provide coaching and regularfeedback to your team.
    Your Impact
    • Define themarketing plan in terms of campaigns initiatives and eventsproposing the correct mix of activities to achieve the agreedtargets of leads revenues margins andprofitability
    • Define the deployment of allsellin and sellout tools (events mailings and web marketing) togenerate leads orders sales in accordance to Segments Salesstrategies
    • Manage marketing investments neededto generate expected profitable growth and allocate financialresources among businessbuildingactivities
    • Implement web marketing plans inline with Sales and Trade Marketing strategies to support newproduct solution and service launches and develop ecommerce plansto increase leads and sales
    • Monitor ROI ofmarketing investments through pre and postanalyses ofresults
    • Ensure effective launches of newproducts on the local market by bundling together marketingactivities and creating partnerships with key industrys influencersin accordance with HQ Marketingguidelines
    • Leverage merchandising value andensure proper stock management andcontrol
    • Guarantee the best use of CRM to obtainclean and uptodate market data and improve sales forceproductivity
    • Guarantee quality layout/projectdesign in line with corporate standards
    • Leadyour team by maximizing performance people development andengagement according to companyculture
    About You Ideallyyou are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactivewhile also downtoearth and ethical. You are an engaging and highlymotivated people manager with a high degree of empathy. What you should bring:
    • 8 years experience in similar roleand in fastpaced multinationalenvironments
    • Masters degree in BusinessAdministration or other relevant fields stronglypreferred
    • Ability to think and actstrategically and drive the organization toward strategyexecution
    • Experience in P&LManagement
    • Strong financial skills andorganization methodologies andprocesses
    • Experience in sales networkmanagement and organization
    • Communication& Presentation skills
    • Experience inProject Management
    • Problem solvingskills
    • Strong leadership which inspires yourcoworkers and customers
    • Expertise in Teammanagement
