    Job Title: PlanningEngineer
    Experience:

    • Minimum10 years experience as a PlanningEngineer.

    RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand maintain detailed project schedules including alladministrative tasks and sites involved in theproject.
    • Coordinatewith project managers engineers and contractors to discusstimeframes and gather and analyze project specifications andprocedures.
    • Monitorproject progress against the project schedule identify risks anddelays and provide timely updates and advisories to keystakeholders.
    • Utilizespecialist computer software to help keep the project on track andprovide data analysis and projectforecasts.
    • Ensureall projects comply with Aramco standards and safetyregulations.
    • Prepareand present regular internal and external project reports orproposals.
    • Superviseand provide guidance to junior planning engineers and othertechnicalstaff.
    • Collaboratewith supply chain and procurement departments to align projectmilestones with materialdeliveries.

    Responsibilities: Project Management and Supervision: Oversee anddirect construction projects from conception to completion. Reviewthe project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. QualityControl and Safety Compliance: Ensure quality constructionstandards and the use of proper construction techniques. Monitorcompliance with building and safety regulations. Review the workprogress on daily basis. Communication and Reporting: Reportproject progress and budget matters to clients. Communicate withclients to interpret their needs and requirements. Maintain a dailydiary of the job site s operations, reporting to management asnecessary. Problem Solving: Resolve any problems that may arise dueto emergencies, delays, or other issues. Documentation: Prepareinternal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan aheadto prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
