    Summary

    The Administrative Assistant/Sales andMarketing Coordinator shall be reporting to the Director of Salesand Marketing for all administrative tasks and coordinating thedeparmental activities. The candidate shall be responsible forGuest reviews response on digital channels and Medallia (HYSAT).Day to day activities and tasks for the Executive Office andcoordination. Check the attendance and administrative tasks forSales and Marketingn and also translation from English toArabic.

    Qualifications

    • Musthaving good administrative and working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice (Word Excel Powerpoint).
    • Goodcommunication skills of English and Arabic.
    • Must be flexible and adaptable as per workrequirements.
    • Must be able to provideattention to details.
    • Able to maintainCustomer Relationship Management for inhouse guests or post stayguest experience (reviews/feedback).
