- Provide technical guidance and developprocedures for all company organizations on fire prevention andprocess safety engineering in facilities design and relatedoperational requirements including company and internationalstandards (e.g. NFPA API).
- Review all newprojects to ensure conformance to company and internationalengineering standards; represent LP at project proposal meetingsand provide continuing guidance through design construction andcommissioning.
- Provide companywide technicalguidance and assistance during designrelated surveys of ThisCompany facilities for adequacy of design operations andmaintenance.
- Analyze fires and process safetyincidents both in the industry and at This Company to determinecauses and whether company standards or other requirements requireupdate or changes or whether other remedial measures should beconsidered.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Safety (Process Safety)Engineer to join the This Company Loss Prevention organization (LP)which is the corporate safety organization within This Company. Weprovide both daytoday infield occupational and process safetysupport to This Company operations as well as centralized technicalsupport and consulting function. Our field offices are located inAbqaiq Riyadh Ras Tanura Dhahran Udhailiyah Jeddah (including Yanbuand Jazan) and Tanajib. Through these offices LP provides itsservices to all This Company facilities and departments that arelocated throughout the Kingdom.
Your primaryrole as a Technical Safety Engineer is to work with key stakeholderorganizations to provide technical guidance on facility designrequirements pertaining to fire prevention and process safetyengineering areas including but not limited to firewater systemsfireproofing emergency shutdown systems drainage systems tankdesigns electrical classifications pipeline design factorsequipment access and layout spacing risk areas
