Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of Brand & Marketing Excellence to achieve its mission, goals and objectives.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Leads periodic meetings with Heads of Brand & Marketing Excellence Department for updates on overall performance of communications campaigns and activities.
  • Assists in monitoring the approved budget on a continuous basis and participating in the preparation of relevant financial reports.
  • Responsible for managing the Hospital's brand and developing the corporate communication strategies and plans, assigning budgets and conducting research and analysis for relevant divisions. Owning the brand identity and guidelines & the crisis management plan.
  • Engages periodically with Heads of department for to define KPIs, objectives and campaigns media plans.
  • Directs the development of Hospital's communication strategies, execution plans, and brand identity.
  • Assets media and budget performance report before presenting to Corporate Communications & MarketingOfficer, assign, and distribute division budget across departments.
  • Communicates and discuss the department's guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
  • Oversees the execution of the divisions plans and track performance to ensure the achievements of KPIs.
  • Works closely with Manager Marketing Communication & Budget Control to ensure the department's budget is efficiently utilized.
  • Implements international best practices across the department, leading by example and creating a best in-class Brand & Marketing Excellence division.
  • Develops the department's working culture, ensuring it is run in an efficient, collegiate, and productive manner.
  • Monitors performance and submit periodical clear and concise administrative reports.
  • Oversees the development of brand identity and ensuring proper implementation and compliance with brand guidelines and maintaining positive brand image.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Media, Public Admin Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or other related discipline is required.


Experience Required:


Elven (11) years of related experience with Master's, or thirteen (13) years with Bachelor's Degree, including five (5) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.


Other Requirements(Certificates):

Saudi National only.
