Position Overview:

• Leading a team of 10 individuals responsible for coordinating with branches to provide POS services
• Identifying merchants seeking POS/EDC terminals/Bharat QR solutions in the local market
• Collaborating with assigned branches and sales teams to generate leads and close deals
• Engaging with customers to comprehend their requirements, negotiate pricing, and facilitate the account opening process
• Generating leads independently through referrals and finalizing agreements
• Demonstrating expertise in KYC procedures, costing, pricing, and subvention
• Creating performance reports to pinpoint areas for improvement and growth opportunities
• Focusing on increasing revenue and retaining clients by fostering strong relationships and expanding portfolios
• Supervising a team of Assistant Managers and Executives dedicated to merchant acquisition

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of sales experience in the POS industry with a reputable bank or merchant acquirer
• In-depth knowledge of Merchant Acquiring operations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with KYC compliance requirements
• Fluency in written and verbal English and the local market language
• Professional demeanor with strong presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities
• Prior experience in managing a team
