    Job Description Schweitzer Engineering Laboratoriesprovides complete power system protection control monitoringautomation security and integration for utilities and industriesworldwide.

    We are looking for Project Engineer Automation toprovide technical support to customers and join our team Asuccessful candidate must develop a technical proposal andestimation sheet for SPS solution (LSS/GCS/Microgrid/RAS) capableof read and understand the RFQ and Tender documents well familiarwith GCS coding Microgrid controller and RAS coding Master inCodsys/IEC61131 able to mentor the automation engineers to continuedevelop their skills in coding and design documents lead andpreform the GCS Project precommissioning and Commissioningactivities and must hold excellent knowledge to execute all SPSproject.

    As a ProjectEngineer Automation a typical day might include the following:

    Possessing understanding and applying thefundamental concepts practices and procedures of power systemautomation and related SEL products Training and assisting customers with the creation designconfiguration validation installation commissioning and operationof automation systems Prepare and maintaindetailed design documents reports checklists test reports anddeliverables Participate in the preparationof functional design specifications Lead inassigning completing and implementing work within agreed upon scopeschedule and budget to a high level of quality and safety This job might befor you if: Possess a B.S.

    in ElectricalEngineering or relevant discipline Have aninterest in electric power systems and protective relayapplications Are open to travel bothdomestically and internationally at least 40% Want to gain experience with powertransmission distribution or generation systems Are interested in expanding your knowledgeby learning new skills and assuming new responsibilities to growinto the role of an independent engineer Enjoy working cooperatively in a team environment Location Saudi Arabia Khobar Why SEL Competitive pay.
