    • Work with departments to define manpower needs and hiring requirements as well as analyzing manpower gaps and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.
    • Develop, implement, and administer recruitment strategies including recruitment channels and screening techniques.
    • Manage the entirety of the recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring, in addition to tracking the progress of the recruitment process.
    • Build and manage onboarding experience process and implement it to help candidates have a great onboarding journey when joining the company, as well as ensuring customer experience with highest standards.
