    JobPurpose

    Improve our GBNTCs and Know.financial performance and coordinate their accounting operationsincluding corporate accounting regulatory and financial reportingbudget and forecasts preparation as well as development of internalcontrol policies and procedures.

    Handle thefinancial record keeping of GBNTC and Know.

    Assist in Developing and document business processes and accountingpolicies to maintain and strengthen internalcontrols

    KeyResponsibilities

    Handle dailyactivities of the accounting department including invoicing A/R A/Ppayroll and Revenue Recognition.

    Record monthlyquarterly and annual Financial Statements.

    Prepare invoices record payments and oversee the expenses andmaintain proper records on ERP and Google Docs

    Comply with accounting and legal requirements ZAKAT Tax and VATfilings and involve in budgets preparation

    Maintain and review financial records and participate in audits orreconciliations as needed

    Monitor expenditureand profits and provide reports.

    Prepare andmaintain budgets for the project maintain project cost andreporting

    Handle handle invoices and processpayments

    Prepare the monthlypayroll

    Ensure compliance with accountingpolicies and regulatory requirements

    Handlegeneral account queries

    Act as a point ofcontact for all internal and external paymentissues

    Work in collaboration with InternalAuditor External Auditors and otherAccountants.

    • Preparing financialreports and presenting it to the higher management / FinancialController
    • All legal registration relatedmatters which could affect contracting billing and collection ofpayments
    • Mentoring and managing the accountingstaff and set up theKPIs

    Qualifications /Requirements

    Education:

    Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting related field isrequired

    Advanced degree inAccounting

    CPA or CMApreferred

    Saudi National is amust

    Experience:

    Proven working experience as a Accounting

    1years of overall combined accounting and financeexperience

    TechnicalCompetencies:

    Computer skills latesttechnology trends in financial management tools in particularmastery of Excel and databases. ERP systems.

    Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals

    Auditing experience

    Complianceoriented

    General understanding of costaccounting

    Knowing the dynamics of the sectorfor which you work in (learning and educationindustry)

    Process optimization for businessefficiency

    Analytical costs: costanalyses

    Job Type:Fulltime
