    We are seeking aElectrician to support a global pharmaceutical company in De Soto,;

    JobSummary:

    TheElectrician Senior, repairs, maintains, and installs wiring,motors, transformers, generators, lighting, and other electricalThe general responsibilities of the position include those listedbelow, but the company may identify other responsibilities of theThese responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending onbusiness necessities and client

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Useshand tools and testing
    • Inspectsand tests electrical equipment, lighting, signal, communication,and power
    • Replacesfaulty switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical
    • Inspectscompleted work in conformance with requirements of local buildingand safety
    • Estimatesof time and material costs on electrical
    • Requisitionsfor new electrical supplies and
    • Documentall work in the CMMS
    • Identifiesand corrects unsafe working conditions with management
    • Attendstraining programs (classroom and virtual) as
    • Complieswith all company safety and risk management policies and
    • Reportsall accidents and injuries in a timely
    • Participatesin regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard
    • Appliesall applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to allassigned
    • Performsall work according to established safety
    • Servesas a lead electrician repairing, installing, replacing, and testingelectrical circuits, equipment, and
    • Isolatesdefects in wiring, switches, motors, and other electrical equipmentusing testing instruments such as ammeter, ohmmeter, voltmeter,testing lamp, or
    • Dismantleselectrical machinery and replaces defective electrical ormechanical parts such as gears, brushes, and
    • Mountsmotors, transformers and lighting fixtures into position andcompletes circuits according to diagram
    • Develops,under management supervision, capital project scope and budget forequipment replacements and energy conservation
    • Verifyand implement preventive maintenance standards on all electricaldistribution
    • Mayperform other duties and responsibilities as


    Requirements

    Education:
    • HighSchool diploma, GED or equivalent experience(required)
    • BSdegree(preferred)
    • Minimumrequirement is Electricians license(required)

    Required:

    • 5or more years of related workexperience
    • Avalid drivers license may berequired
    • Abilityto present self in a highly professional manner to others andunderstands that honesty and ethics are
    • Abilityto maintain a positiveattitude
    • Abilityto communicate with co-workers and other departments withprofessionalism andrespect
    • Abilityto maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendorrepresentatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and clientrepresentatives
    • Abilityto provide clear directions and respond accordingly toemployees
    • Abilityto work well underpressure
    • Abilityto work well alone and in ateam
    • Musthave basic phone and computer skills (email, texting,).
    • Goodattention todetail
    • Excellentoral and written communicationskills

    Preferred:

    • Knowledgeof NEC, NFPA and other codes related to workperformed
    • Knowledgeof and proficiency in all OSHA and local requirements related toall assignedwork
    • Asolid understanding and background in plumbing is to best serve theclientslocation
