    Job Brief:

    As a Level 2 Sourcing Specialist, you will be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job requisitions. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with new and existing clients, all the while adhering to the companys standard metrics and KPIs.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and excellent market familiarity in several job verticals and work closely with the senior management.

    Responsibilities:
    • Do initial outreach to garner interest, qualify candidates, and set next meetings with senior recruiters.
    • Understand job requisitions through calibrations and or provided job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
    • Screen potential candidates through job portals, available databases, social media, and other reliable channels.
    • Job writing and job posting on various channels.
    • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities, communication skill levels,
      location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
    • Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result in a highly responsive network.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
    • Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
    • Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.
    • Recording and list building of clients and candidates.
    • Provide daily and weekly status reports and invoicing information to the management.

    Requirements

    To be successful at this role (Must haves)
    • Able to work a 9h00 to 18h00 shift onsite, office based in Randburg.
    • A minimum of 3+ years sourcing experience within an agency setting.
    • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to represent our company positively and promote open roles to potential candidates.
    • Effective time-management abilities.
    • Experience in permanent-placement recruitment.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and rapport building skills.
    • Highly professional, enthusiastic, with high energy.
    • Influential with the ability to sell the organization to prospective candidates.
    • Outstanding candidate and process management experience.
    • Ability to manage expectations and deliver results within agreed times.

    • Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals.
    • Capable of sourcing and updating candidate profiles.
    • Strong on the phone and has excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team.
    • Experience in using ATS tools.
    • Knowledge in sourcing candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
    • Pleasant personality, strong ability to create rapport.
