Who You Are

As aSenior Product Designer at WakeCap Technologies you embodycreativity attention to detail and a usercentric approach todesign. You are adept at leading the endtoend design processensuring that our products not only meet but exceed userexpectations. Your experience in user research usability testingand collaboration with crossfunctional teams has honed your abilityto translate complex requirements into intuitive and visuallyappealing designs. You are proactive in staying updated withindustry trends and emerging technologies continuously enhancingour design processes and outputs.

Responsibilities:

Leadthe endtoend design process from concept to execution ensuring aseamless and usercentric experience for our products.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including productmanagers engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements andtranslate them into intuitive and visually appealingdesigns.
Conduct user research and usabilitytesting to inform design decisions and enhance the overall userexperience.
Create wireframes prototypes andhighfidelity designs to communicate design concepts andinteractions effectively.
Stay updated onindustry trends design tools and emerging technologies tocontinually improve and evolve our design processes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistentbranding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed aboutindustry trends to inform design decisions and maintain acompetitive edge.
Advocate for usercentereddesign principles within the organization ensuring a strong focuson the endusers needs and preferences.
Workclosely with developers during the implementation phase providingguidance and clarifications to ensure the fidelity of the design ismaintained.
Utilize proven experience inworking on both LTR (LefttoRight) and RTL (RighttoLeft) systems formobile apps and web apps.

Requirements:

Provenexperience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasingsuccessful projects and a deep understanding of designprinciples.
Expertise in design tools such asFigma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite etc.
Solidunderstanding of usercentered design principles informationarchitecture and interaction design.
Strongcommunication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborateeffectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to lead and mentor junior designers providingguidance and constructive feedback.
Experienceworking in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or arelated field.
Experience with design systemsand contributing to the development and maintenance of a cohesivedesign language.

Good toHave:

Proven ability to thrive infastpaced environments and handle multiple projectssimultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skillsand the ability to think critically about complex designchallenges.
Excellent presentation skills withthe ability to effectively communicate design concepts andrationale to both internal teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and bestpractices in design.
