Project: LULU Hyper Market Rakkah, Khobar, KSA.         (Contract amount 31 Million Saudi Riyals)

•  Project consist of main market building which will be a pre-engineered, single story, steel structure of about 10 m high with cast in situ concrete foundations attached to the market building, administration building with mezzanine floor which will be hot rolled steel sections, showrooms will mostly consist of two stories of cast in situ concrete structures with duple height from floor.
•  The site covers an area of about (14,200M2) in Rakkah area which is generally flat and surrounded by asphalt roads from all directions.

The area of main store nearly 5,960M2

The area for attached shops nearly 2,855M2 with about 15 shops and food court area.

Parking for about 153 vehicles with area about 4,162M2

Project: Saudi Aramco homeownership project, Almutrafia, Jupail, KSA. (Contract amount 860 Million Saudi Riyals)

Project consist of 494 Villas (12 zones with different types) and 3 Mosques

•   Leading team of senior and field engineers to execute 5 zones which includes 218 Villas
•   Construction, monitoring, controlling and coordinating  all activities of the project (Civil works, Finishing work, Electromechanical work, Variation Orders, Time schedule, Inspection Orders, …etc. ).
•   Responsible for the progress and quality of construction.
•   Review schedules within the allocated time frame and budget provisions.
•   Participate in various Senior Management meetings; as required; I.e. Weekly and Monthly Progress Review meetings, Change Control Meetings, Cost/Schedule Forecast Meetings, , etc.
• Making material requests, follow up purchase orders and delivering materials.
•   Ensuring work completion in accordance with the Contract Documents
•   Support the Subcontractors Operations team in the development of their work progress and raising the efficiency of team members.
• Negotiate and reconcile with Sub-Contractors and suppliers.
• Review all sub-contractors claims and change orders if any
• Contentious contractual review and advice for the requirements associated with the project.

Project: Administration building, atrium and Multipurpose Hall at Abdurrahman El Feisal University, Rakah, Dammam, KSA. (Contract amount 344 Million Saudi Riyals)

Project consist of:-

1.  Inclined tower building.

• Ground floor with area of 2300 sq. m, 12 floors, roof floor and roof annex.
• Raft footing on 318 cast in-situ pored piles with 80 cm diameter and 22 m depth.
• All slabs were post tension system.
• Precast cladding and curtain wall cladding for all elevations.

1. Atrium building.

• Steel structure building consist of Ground floor with area of 4900 Sq. m and Mezzanine floor with area of 2300 Sq. m.
• Pile caps footings on 85 cast in-situ pored piles with 80 cm diameter and 22 m depth.
• Precast cladding, sky light roof and curtain wall cladding for all elevations.

1. Multi-purpose Hall.

• Steel structure building consist of Ground floor with area of 9700 Sq. m, 2 Mezzanine floors with area of 4200 Sq. m, first floor with area of 6900 Sq. m. and playground area of 2800 Sq. m.
•  Covered with insulated tensile membrane supported on space frames elements).

1. Site work.

• Landscape with area of 82000 Sq. m (includes underground tank with area of 900 sq. m., infra-structure work, asphalt roads, parking areas, curbstone, interlock and soft scape areas).

Project: Royal city compound project at Elshaekh Zaid city, Cairo, Egypt. 

Project consist of:-

• 735 Villas with different types (9 zones).
• Markets, sporting and social clubs.
• All required site works (infra-structure, landscape works).

Main Responsibilities as the following:

• Management, monitoring, controlling and liaise the construction phase between all parties (PMT, consultants and contractors).
• Leading Weekly progress, emergency and coordination meetings.
• Monitoring all correspondences and submittals (Technical, suppliers, materials, Inspection requests, etc.) between consultants and contractors.
• Authority to give approvals for contractors and consultant site teams and exclude who are not qualified.
• Authority to give or cancel approval for materials and equipment gate pass.
• Monitoring progress, required manpower, equipment, materials and quality procedures to achieve the work as per approved time schedule.
• Monitoring and investigate site issues and helping parties (consultants and contractors) to achieve required corrective action.
• Leading initial and final handover committees.

• Ground, mezzanine, service, restaurant and prayer floors.
• 13 typical floors with total area 34125 Sq. m.
• Each typical floor consist of 46 rooms and suites.

2) Project Altwerky Hotel at Massfalah, Mecca, KSA. 

(Contract amount (civil work only) 36 Million Saudi Riyals)

Project consist of:-

• 2 Underground tanks with area 1200 Sq. m.
• Basement and three barking floors with total area of 4800 Sq. m.
• Ground, mezzanine, service, restaurant and prayer floors.
• 15 typical floors with total area 12900 Sq. m.
• Each typical floor consist of 18 rooms and suites.

3) Project Altwerky (5) Hotel at Al Khalidiah, Mecca, KSA. 

(Contract amount 87 Million Saudi Riyals)

Project consist of:-

• 3 Underground tanks with area 1800 Sq. m.
• Two underground barking floors with total area of 3600 Sq. m.
• Ground, mezzanine, service, restaurant and prayer floors.
• 15 typical floors with total area 23625 Sq. m.
• Each typical floor consist of 35 rooms and suites.
