    Open Position: Manager,Application Development & Support (ReputableCompany)



    AReputable Company is currently hiring for Manager, ApplicationDevelopment & Support to join the team and be based in theKuala Lumpur



    Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

    • Morethan 3 years of experience managing a team of softwaredeveloper/application supportteam
    • Act as Project Manager tomanage and deliver software application upgrade and bug fixesaccording to timelines
    • Consistentlylooking for opportunities to improve tasks, user experiences, anddeliver ideas around innovative application support anddesigns
    • Good technical skills andgood business knowledge, together with investigative techniques andproblem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timelyand high-quality manner
    • Havingexperience in developing software application products using C#,Java, PHP, SQL and etc would be addedadvantage
    • Good people managementskills to lead and coach directreports
    • Good communication andstakeholder managementskills
