- Previous experience in a Website Content Management System Manager or
- Excellent working knowledge of Experience Manager tool
- Assist with creation and oversight of website marketing including copy for
community, amenity, floorplan pages - Research and assist with developing upcoming products, service protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts
- Secure system integrity from any breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including creating backup plans, safeguards for data, user security policies, and identity management.
- Solve the tasks and reply to the requests in the first 24h from the received
emails/tickets - Effectively work into projects in time and budget allocated
- Identify, manage and engage outside vendors where needed to support work load and skill requirements
- Upgrade and manage hardware and software
- Gain in-depth knowledge about the custom CMS
- Perform maintenance for all systems
- Collect and analyses data to optimize performance of the system
- Manage and onboard user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and active directory administration.
- Train users on hardware and software
- Troubleshoot problems with the system
- Ensure high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output and confidential information
- Monitoring the local area network (LAN), wide area networks (WANs) and network segments and servers, for threats or errors
- Offer technical support and training for employees
- Design, organize, modify, and support an organization s computer systems, including operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email systems, and user hardware (laptops, PCs)
Technical responsibilities - Monitor the software application and document and analyze problems
- Collaborate with the Development team to ensure proper integration of the application
- Work closely with the Development team and customers to tune and troubleshoot problems
- Develop test plans to verify the logic of new or modified applications
- Make sure to maintain system documentation
- Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new services with the Development team, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments
- Set up administrator and service accounts
- Work closely with the Office of Audits and Analysis to ensure appropriate controls and audit logs are in place.
- Provide advice and training to staff and end users
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
- Update product information and content on the website
- Manage website configuration & parameters (e.g., payment options, stock management)
- Liaise with an e-commerce agency regarding the day-to-day management of the website
- Liaise with internal resources regarding the day-to-day management of the website
- Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogs and so on
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
