Supervises and providesvolunteer's support to various departments in their day-to-day operations withpatients. Performs and completes administrative tasks as assigned. Assists andfacilitates the flow of work volunteers with same area.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Provides volunteer's support to various departments in their daytoday operations with patients. Performs and completes administrative tasks as assigned. Assists and facilitates the flow of work volunteers he same area.
  • Oversees and maintain volunteer's Program Website efficiently.
  • Assumes primary responsibility for key volunteer tasks; provides information for evaluation and revision of related Internal Policies and Procedures.
  • Assists and participates in performance improvement plans for volunteer's programs.
  • Increases number of volunteers as part of Vision 2030 strategic objectives by increasing Volunteer Programs.
  • Evaluates volunteer functions and recommends operational improvement.
  • Handles complaints and inquiries about volunteer program internally and externally.
  • Improves the overall Patient Experience throughout the patient journey (i.e. Hospital image, brand and reputation).
  • Maintains records and data, submits reports and prepares budget for the office.
  • Ensure volunteers' compliance to all Hospital rules and regulations.
  • Follows all Hospital related Policies and Procedures.
  • Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's Degreein Public Relations, Hospital Administration,, or other relateddiscipline is required


Experience Required:

Three (3) years ofrelated experience with Master's, or five (5) years of related experience withBachelor's is required.

Saudi Nationals Only.
