Therole will provide support and assistance to the Exams SME for dayto day administration of the student data for the TechnicalInstitute. This role will be located at the Technical InstituteQatar, Al Udeid Air Base.

BAE Systems has been successfully deliveringtechnical training programs to our international customers for over10 years. Our team of dedicated and experienced teachers,instructors and support staff are passionate in helping developstudents knowledge and prepare them for a technicalcareer.

This role willsupport the Technical Institute in achieving and maintaining theintegrity of student data, as well as assisting with the assessmentand examination compliance with internal and external assessmentand examination requirements.

Working closely with the LMS/TMS Administrator,this role will be responsible for maintaining the configurationcontrol of all student data onto and within the Learning ManagementSystem

This person will beresponsible for supporting the Contract and Assurance team, as wellas the wider Technical Institute team for the end-to-end FoundationTraining, General Engineering and Speciality Training student datacapture.

This person willhold the necessary qualifications to provide training deliveryresilience to the Foundation Training Delivery team, covering inperiods of sickness/absence/surge (e.g. customerdemands).

Core activities of the roleinclude but no limited to:

Day-to-day student data administration (e.g., attendance, examresults)

Support to the day-to-dayadministration and organisation of exams andassessments

Provide day to day support to theExams SME s, providing a short, medium and long term examinationsschedule

Assist in processing student assessmentand examination results

Ensure secure storage ofstudent records

Assist in the organisation ofassessment and examination activities prior to and after assessmentand examinations

Responsible for collatingStudent Review Board material packs, with underpinning trendanalysis and commentary

Responsible foruploading and maintaining student data within the LearningManagement System and maintaining configuration control of thestudent data

Responsible for provision ofTechnical Institute training pipeline graphics/schedules, detailingwhere different classes of students currently reside within thepipeline

Responsible for highlighting andrectifying any inconsistencies or missing studentdata

Provide exam support to assessment andexamination staff to ensure all administration is prepared prior tothe assessment and examination

Collation andproduction of examination analysis reports for the managementteam

Work closely with the Project ManagementTeam, provide reports from the Learning Management System tosupport trend analysis of student data (i.e. attendance / examresults)

Assist in the preparation of studentrecord packs for internal and external audits

Adhoc translation, when and where necessary.

Occasional interpretation services from Arabic to English andvice-versa

Minute taking inmeetings

Requirements

Holds appropriate teaching qualification e.g.CELTA, DELTA etc.

Proven office andadministration support experience

Excellent ITskills and ability to confidently use Microsoft Officepackages

Excellent organisational skills andability to effectively manage and prioritise ownworkload

Excellent attention todetail

Experience working in a trainingenvironment

Experience in teamworking

Ability to work autonomously whenrequired

Hold a valid Qatari drivinglicense

Arabic &English speaker
