    Duties &Responsibilities:

    To ensure all policies and procedures of Fedics are adheredto.

    EnsuringHOD s and staff are adhering/complying with the rules andregulations of accesscontrol.

    Assist managers and employees in their queries through theinvestigation

    Provide general support with regards to HR Administration andensure that all related documents arerecorded

    Process salaries and maintain payroll information whenrequired.

    Prepare and maintain related payroll records andreports.

    Provide recruitment assistance to ensure top calibre candidates intheorganisation.

    Manage leave planning and leavebalances

    Provide accurate and complete data with monthly reports/quarterlyEE reports.

    Co-ordinate and nominate staff as per trainingplan.

    Toprovide assistance and advise on Health & Safetyprocedures.

    Maintain staff records and files in line with companystandards

    Carry out other special duties or work outside the normal dailyroutine

    Attend meetings whenrequired.

    Attend training courses whennecessary.

    To perform any reasonable duty as requested bymanagement.

    Maintain relationships with relevantstakeholders/client.



    Requirements

    SkillsAndCompetencies:

    Minimum of 2 years relatedexperience

    High interpersonal and communicationskills

    Computer proficiency; Excel, Word and Unique Payroll knowledgewould be anadvantage

    General HR practices andsystems

    GoodKnowledge of the LRA as well as Industrialrelations

    Able to work underpressure

    Must have good organisingskills

    Ability to effectively manage people (SupervisorySkills)

    Qualifications:

    Related Tertiary QualificationAdvantageous
