    Our client, a leading International Law firm is recruiting for a Banking & Finance Associate for their Riyadh Office.

    The ideal person will be joining the client led recently expanded team and will be delivering premium work across banking & finance law.

    As a qualified Banking & Finance Associate, you can expect to be involved in the following;


    • Debt restructurings, conventional and Islamic finance across all financing areas and asset classes and Shari'ah-compliant structured products, such as derivatives and investment funds.
    • Some of the most complex and significant restructurings in the Kingdom
    • Numerous milestone conventional and Islamic facilities for various high profile publicly listed and non-publicly listed clients.
    • Your role will also involve some Projects work, for example advising sovereigns, utilities, financial institutions, industry, regional and international development banks, specialised funds, sponsors and project developers on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters.
    • You can expect your Projects work to span across a wide range of sectors including energy, oil and gas, infrastructure projects, project finance as well as trade related matters with a focus on emerging markets and Africa.

    Your Expertise:

    • You must be a qualified lawyer with experience in handling banking and finance legal matters, ideally in Saudi Arabia and speak arabic.
    • NQ - 4yrs PQE
