    Our journey started in 1952 whenour late father Youssef AlHalees founded a small neighborhoodgrocery store in Jeddah Saudi Arabia named PalestineGrocery.

The AlHalees name continued to expandand service a wide range of industries from that day on includingfood services groceries related goods industrial equipment centralkitchen catering gear packaging lines andmore.

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    Provideleadership and guidance to the sales department. Managing all salesoperations and meeting annual sales targets. Build relationshipsand understand customer trends. Draft sales reports and estimatesales profit for Alhalees products. Develop key growth salesstrategies tactics and action plans.

    JobDescription:

    • Set a transparent andaccountable target for expected growth aligned with Alhalees Groupsannual plan objectives.
    • Develop new markets bytargeting potential customers.
    • Coach and helpdrive the expansion of our product bays.
    • Leadongoing market analysis of competition by obtaining intelligencethrough multiple sources such as sales team customers anddistribution to develop and implements regionalstrategies.
    • Identify lead and develop talent tomaximize individual team and organizational effectiveness includingassessing team member skill levels and routinely providing timelyand appropriate feedback to strengthenperformance.
    • Work with new clients to fullyunderstand their business needs and requirements while proposingsolutions.
    • Effectively manage the opportunityfunnel forecasts and action plans.
    • Travel andparticipate in trade shows.
    • Make periodicvisits to our branches.
    • Other duties asassigned

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in business management marketing communications or anyrelated field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience ina managerial position in the relatedfield.
    • Experience in planning and implementingsales strategies.
    • Experience in customerrelationship management.
    • Experience managingand directing the sales representativeteam.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

    AdditionalInformation:
