Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Oversee all business development activities for the various opportunities that exist within the build to suit space & warehouse leasing.

Mobilize and supervise internal and external resources to help develop detailed feasibility studies and proposals on behalf of prospective end users.

Create compelling development solution propositions that align to end user requirements.

Assess tenant covenant strength and recommend appropriate security packages, structures and lease lengths for build to suit & warehouse leasing projects.

Identify target market & undertake all business development activities for the various opportunities that exist within the built to suite and warehouse leasing segment.

Negotiate build to suit deals to the benefit of the organization and ensure that transaction structures are robust, and any development risks mitigated.

Support commercial and leasing team in the qualification of prospective tenant requirements.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators set by the company.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Establish a favourable market presence and stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to real estate logistics.


Behavioural Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and negotiate with clients.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, preferably within the real estate context.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to address clients' needs.
Employees duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
