- Bachelor's degree inChemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineeringseven ears plus years' relevantexperience.
- A thorough knowledge of engineeringpractices and, US codes, standards andspecifications.
- High-level understanding oftechnical and operational issues in refining and/or petrochemicalfacilities, in- depth technical knowledge is aplus.
- Understanding of planning, economics, andfinancial controls (related to OPEX, CAPEX, investment decisions,NPV calculation, business case development,etc.).
- Understanding of Saudi social,political, regulatory and economic context, especially related toDownstream.
