- Maintains and improves Accounts Payable Dashboard for internal Finance operations.
- Provides training and maintains access to NEOM key users for AP Customer Dashboard.
- Performs data analysis to raise improvement opportunities within the transactional AP Finance processes.
- Supports the organization in internal and external audits with required information, and ensures proper information is maintained for audit trail purposes.
- Retrieving and sharing the AP Invoice ageing file from the AP dashboard and sharing the file with the Accounts Payable Team.
- Prepares and reviews reports, presentations, correspondence, and proposals as needed within the AP Finance Operations
- Supports tracking of all Finance operations projects.
- Manages vendor balance confirmation process.
- Adherence to internal KPI's and Customer SLA's
- Performs and reviews ad hoc analysis as required.
- Minimum five years of accounting and reporting experience
- Experience working within Finance Operations in large MNCs.
- SAP/S4, Business Warehouse ERP FICO module experience is a must.
- Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
- Highly skilled in the use of Excel and PowerPoint, MS Word
- Power BI experience is required.
- Working Knowledge of microsoft power query is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and motivator with the ability to lead multicultural teams.
- Excellent work ethics, values process, discipline, continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline-oriented tasks
