This a very exciting opportunity with anOnline Fashion Start-up backed up by a large group of companiesbased in the UAE. As a General Manager, you will report directly tothe Founder and the CEO.

JobDescription

Manage P&L,budgets, and timelines for all the projects for the onlinebusiness.
Creating marketing plans that promote brandawareness and increase customer loyalty.
Researchingconsumer preferences and attitudes about products or services toidentify trends and patterns in buying behavior.
Managingall aspects of a brands identity, including its visual appearanceand name recognition
Observe the latest developments andtrends in Fashion & e-commerce industry and formulateMarket/brand operation strategies.
Lead end-to-endplanning and execution of Marketing campaigns and new initiatives,which includes coordinating all e-commerce activities, workingclosely with diverse team members of different marketing functions(e.g. social media specialists, branding specialists, PR agency,etc) to plan and execute all campaigns strategies in order toachieve targets.
Strong understanding of performancemetrics and analytics, knowing how it works together to driveeCommerce revenue
Able to set key performance indicatorsfor team and manage, lead and drive marketing team to meet theirtargets
Regularly review and analyze all key marketingmetrics, evaluate and adapt to customer needs to continuouslyimprove customers satisfaction.
Optimize organizationaland operational structures to increase digital selling and totalselling
Grow the digital business and develop expansionstrategies
Work closely with the global E-commerceManager and the business development team to improve digitalselling and omnichannel customer offering, by securing an enhancedcustomerexperience.

Requirements

Previousecommerce experience working in a leadership role within thefashion or retail industry.
Should have previousexperience of direct line management responsibility, leading teamsfrom distance is highly desirable
Background in strategicplanning and experience in measuring relevant KPIs, strongknowledge in developing and implementing SOP and KPImetrics
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking andcreative problem solving
Able to accurately analyze andinterpret data, and utilize data to improve performance
Result-driven and eager to adapt to the dynamic environment ofe-commerce
Budget management and/ or P&Lexperience
Proactive attitude and drive to constantlyimprove the business and best practices in order to achieve ourgoals
Strong communication and project managementskills
Digital Expansion and site developmentexperience
Willingness to travel ifrequired.
