    Job Summary: Assists the team todeliver best practice procurement and supply chain solutionssupported by the key principles of responsible/ethical procurementpractices service excellence tools and industry best practice. Youwill be responsible for:

    • Assists theprequalification management via standard selection questionnaireprocess.
    • Drafts tender documents &management of the evaluation process with internalstakeholders.
    • Assists in the development ofprocurement strategies if requested & Client advisoryservices on procurement and supply chaindelivery.
    • Provides support and coordinationrelative to the reporting requirements of the project includingvarious briefing notes as necessary.
    • Assistsand ensures that the procurement rules and procedures are followedthrough all procurement activities.
    • Developsworking relationships with a range of seniorstakeholders.
    • Works with team members providingoperational delivery of team/regionalstrategy.
    • Responsible for supporting(area/team) using basic/established technicalcapabilities.
    • Works collaboratively towards thecommon goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibilityfor the proactive identification and management of the associatedcarbon emissions and reductions during the delivery ofwork.

    You will need to have: Degreequalification is preferred but it is not essential (orequivalent).
