    Position /Title: Soft ServicesManager

    Location:Kingdom of SaudiArabia

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsiblefor supervisors training evaluation of work and to maintain andimprove the standards of the
      department.
    • Manage the dailyactivities of the Janitorial department to include appropriatecleaning of all offices concourses seating areas washroomsrestaurants concession stands suites and all publicspaces.
    • Planning organizing and directing teammembers to ensure the highest degree of guestsatisfaction.
    • Daily supervision of theJanitorial staff including the day event and posteventcrews.
    • Conduct preevent inspections of allrooms concourses clubs seating areas and public areas prior gateopening for every event held at the correspondingarea.
    • Uphold the highest standards ofcleanliness safety and conduct.
    • Knowledge ofHealth and safety standards within theproject.
    • Determines and maintains thedepartment work schedule used to notify staff of upcoming eventsand ensure
      proper preparation and staffing for eachevent.
    • Ensures the proper maintenance of allequipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of usedand damaged equipment.
    • Handles all guest andinternal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner following through to make sure problems areresolved satisfactorily.
    • Anticipate customerneeds change goals and direction quickly andmultitask.
    • Proven comfort and experience tointeract effectively with all levels of management guestsassociates and
      clientele both inside and outside of theorganization.
    • Must be flexible with workingnights weekends and holidays.
    • Principal pointof contact.
    • Prepare annual operationplan.

    Experience:

    • Minimum(1015) years of experience working asJanitorial
    • Dealing with 5 StarHotels

    Education&Certifications:

    • Bachelordegree in HospitalityManagement
