The idealcandidate will have previous experience working in a manufacturingenvironment and possess a strong understanding of pharmaceuticalproduction processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipmentaccording to standard operating procedures.

• Performquality checks and ensure products meet company and industrystandards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workarea to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basicmaintenance tasks as needed.
• Documentproduction and quality data accurately and in a timelymanner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols andregulations at all times.
• Collaborate withteam members and communicate effectively to ensure smoothproduction processes.
• Continuously strive forprocess improvement and suggest ideas to enhance productivity andefficiency.

Qualifications:

• High schooldiploma or equivalent required technical/vocational trainingpreferred or above.
• Minimum of 2 years ofexperience working in a manufacturing environment preferably inpharmaceutical production.
• Knowledge of GoodManufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
• Familiarity with operating and troubleshootingpharmaceutical production equipment.
• Strongattention to detail and ability to follow proceduresaccurately.
• Ability to work in a fastpacedteamoriented environment.
• Excellentcommunication and problemsolving skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime asneeded.
• Physical ability to stand lift andmove objects up to 50lbs.
