- Conductresearch and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation andimprovement in our fintech products andservices.
- Adviseon the development and implementation of digital financialsolutions including payments lending and investmentplatforms.
- Monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) related to fintech operations andprovide regular reports and updates to theCEO.
- Act asa liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders includingindustry experts regulators and fintechpartners.
- Stayuptodate on relevant regulations compliance requirements andcybersecurity best practices in the fintechsector.
- Bachelorsdegree in finance computer science business administration or arelated field. Masters degreepreferred.
- Provenexperience and expertise in the fintech sector with a minimum of 6years of relevantexperience.
- Strongknowledge of fintech trends technologies and regulatory landscapein Saudi Arabia andglobally.
- Excellentanalytical problemsolving and strategic planningskills.

Thisis a parttime remote position based in Saudi Arabia. We welcomeapplications from candidates who meet the qualifications and cancommit to providing valuable expertise and support to our CEO on aflexibleschedule.
Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, businessadministration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience and expertise in the fintech sector, with aminimum of 6+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge offintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape in SaudiArabia and globally. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andstrategic planning skills. Effective communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influencestakeholders at all levels.
