- Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and refine the companys strategic vision and goals within the fintech sector.
- Provide expert advice and insights on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory developments in fintech.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our fintech products and services.
- Advise on the development and implementation of digital financial solutions including payments lending and investment platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fintech operations and provide regular reports and updates to the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders including industry experts regulators and fintech partners.
- Stay uptodate on relevant regulations compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices in the fintech sector.
- Bachelors degree in finance computer science business administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience and expertise in the fintech sector with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of fintech trends technologies and regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia and globally.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and strategic planning skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a flexible schedule to accommodate parttime hours.
