    Role Purpose

    Tolead manage develop & control the sales team of a Channelwithin a region in GTC Operations. The function is to ensuredelivery of sales distribution & display objectives of thespecified channel in the region through implementation of TradeMarketing & Sales Operational Plans in line with the brandsstrategies. Operates within budgets to deliver IMS objectives. Therole has the responsibility of developing business &execution of plans in the specified channel as well as identifyingbusiness growth opportunities.

    JobAccountabilities &Activities

    • Ensure that IMSdistribution & display objectives are achieved as per brandstrategies.
    • Coordinate with RSM accurate salesforecasting for the team.
    • Implement Sales CycleActivities as per set priorities to ensure delivery ofobjectives.
    • Ensure achievement of budgeted InMarket Sales by Brand for regionschannel.
    • Develop implement & monitorsales targets by salesman in coordination withRSM.
    • Ensure development of top Customers in theChannel.
    • Ensure strike rates &productivity objectives are achieved.
    • Ensuretimely implementation of promotional plans as agreed withTMM.
    • Build Displays in key traffic areas toimpact consumers in specified channel.
    • Ensureproper share of displays through either Category management orSpace Management in all outlets.
    • Ensure POSmaterial & proper consumer communication is executed inexcellence.
    • Ensure all logistical aspect of newSKU listing is achieved beforeexecution.
    • Recommend and implement incentiveprograms for the sales force to achieve businessobjectives.
    • Coordinate with RSM the executionof product launch programs and implement agreedplans.
    • Manage Inventory levels with Trade tomaintain acceptable stock holding based on shelf life levels.Report monthly on trade inventories.
    • Collateand report competitive activities and information and providefeedback to RSM.
    • Ensure that the company gets apreferred supplier status with customers through excellence incustomer service.
    • Ensure collection &receivables are as per Receivablespolicy.
    • Implement & monitor SalesAdministrative systems JC DSR CRC.
    • PresentMonthly Sales Operational Plans and Key Priorities to Area salesforce.
    • Work with sales force to ensure cyclepriorities objectives for the channel aremet.
    • Review performance monthly to ensurealignment with IMS / Distribution and Display in line with KeyPerformance objectives in Sales Cyclemeetings.
    • Hold Monthly Sales Cycle meeting withSales Force in coordination with RSM.
    • Establishexcellent relations with top customers management team throughdirect contact & regular trade visit in respectivearea.
    • Implement pricing as per agreed PricingStrategies after discussion withSupplier.
    • Reduce impact of short expiryproducts on P & L.
    • Maximize return oninvestment on trade promotions & visibility agreement withtrade.
    • Actively ensure that Areas Sales Teamspossess acceptable levels of knowledge and skills to achieveplanned Sales objectives for the brands.
    • Leadand direct sales teams through leadership by example &direct involvement.
    • Coordinate resource andmanage staff training needs.
    • Maintain requiredlevel of Saudization among sections salesforce.

    Education &Certifications

    • BA Business orMarketing

    Required Years OfExperience

    • Minimum 78 years SalesManagementExperience
