    Job Summary:
    Weare seeking an experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to join their teamin Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading ourB2B sales efforts for household plastic products overseeing a teamof sales professionals and driving revenue growth in the assignedterritory.

    Responsibilities:
    • Developand execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for householdplastic products in the B2B segment.
    • Lead andmentor a team of sales representatives to ensure optimalperformance and productivity.
    • Identify andpursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing clientrelationships.
    • Collaborate with marketing andproduct development teams to launch new products and promotionstailored to B2B customers.
    • Monitor markettrends competitor activities and customer preferences to stay aheadin the market.
    • Prepare and present salesreports forecasts and analysis to management on a regularbasis.
    • Ensure compliance with company policiesprocedures and quality standards in all salesactivities.
    • Provide exceptional customerservice and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in atimely manner.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing orrelated field.
    • Proven experience of 4 to 6years in B2B sales preferably in the household plastic productsindustry.
    • Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achievinggoals.
    • Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
    • Sound understanding ofsales techniques market dynamics and customer behavior.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRMsoftware.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedtargetdriven environment.
    • Valid driverslicense and willingness to travel as needed.
