    Job Purpose:
    TheOperations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing theoverall operations of the company services ensuring that allservices are provided promptly and in a costefficient and timelymanner.

    • Manage and monitor the smoothfunctioning of the company projects.
    • Preparestrategic plans for operational activity and implement operationalplans.
    • Develop and maintain the operationaldivisions budget ensuring that adequate provision is made for allactivities. Keeping track of the costs generating reports based onthe studies and taking necessary correctiveactions.
    • Monitor and control expenditureagainst approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensureontarget performance against budgets.
    • Analyseworkflows and assignments to ensure operations runefficiently.
    • Guide and lead the operations teamto ensure the fundamental roles and objectives of all projects areachieved.
    • Build strong relationships withclients and improve the overall customer experience andsatisfaction.
    • Coordinate closely with managerssupervisors and all operations team to create a continuous flow ofinformation regarding ongoing operationalactivities.
    • Review financial statements anddata. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare andcontrol operational budgets.
    • Improve processesand policies in support of organizational goals in relation toProjects. Formulate and implement departmental and organizationalpolicies and procedures to maximizeoutput.
    • Ensure operational compliance withScope of work and Health and Safety (EHS) Environmental and QualityAssurance (QA) requirements and goals.
    • Monitorperformances of process and people and implement improvements.Manage quality and quantity of employeeproductivity.
    • Regularly assess and reviewoperational processes and procedures to identify areas ofimprovement and establish acceptance of new methods andstandards.
    • Manage and Track changes made to thescope of work and make recommendations and/or communicate withProject Account Managers.
    • Increase theeffectiveness and efficiency of all operations through improvementsof each function.
    • Select train motivateperformance appraisals devising PDP coaching and evaluatedepartment personnel.
    • Direct coordinate andreview work plan for the department assign activities monitorworkflow review and evaluate policies andprocedures.
    • Prepare a variety of studiesreports and related information for decision making purposes and tohighlight changes in trends to the senior managementteam.
    • Direct the projects management activitieswith respect to accounts/projects management Client relationshipCommunications and Client retention.
    • Ensurethat clients are being provided with a highquality service and thatclients satisfaction is achieved and maintained at alltimes.
    • Control resources and monitor staffproficiency and qualifications.
    • Ensure thetraining needs of employees are identified and recommend relevanttraining initiatives that will assist in building a highlyprofessional and knowledgeableworkforce.
    • Prepare regular reports tomanagement that summarize and forecast regulatory activities andfinancial position of all operations activities and escalatecritical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting thekey challenges.
    • Perform other duties andprojects asassigned.

    Skills:

    KnowledgeSkills and Qualifications

    • BSc/Ba in inBusiness Administration Operations Management or a related fieldMSc/MA will be aplus.
    • Certification/accreditation: COM(Certified Operations Management) PMP (Project ManagementProfessional)
    • 10 years of proven experience inOperations Management Project Management leadership positions orany similar role.
    • Excellent strategic planningabilities.
    • Mastery level in developingdelivering and monitoring operations strategies plans andbudgets.
    • Solid Knowledge of the coaching andmentoring processes to develop and boost the organizational humanpotential and performance.
    • Strong analyticaland decisionmaking capabilities.
    • Proficient inComputer skills Operating systems Microsoft Office applications andothers.
    • High level of communication andorganizational skills (Proficiency inEnglish).
    • Desired start date: As soon aspossible
    • Demonstrate ability to work in afastpaced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at agiven time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities andschedules.
    • Holds a valid KSA Residency& Residing in KSA
    • Holds a Valid KSADriving License
