Since 2016 we have trained over 1500 internationaltech talents across Europe and helped them kickstart theirfutureproof careers. In 2023 we embarked on an exciting journey tobring Nordic Education to Saudi Arabia to train the local talentwith the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field oftechnology.Integrify was founded for the sole purpose of changingwhats next for people who deserve a shot at a better future througheducation. Were now looking for an Operations Manager to executeour mission. As our first Operations Manager in Riyadh you willplay a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ourprograms and operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsiblefor overseeing program setup and execution as well as managingrelationships with instructors clients andpartners.

    What youll bedoing:

    • Training Program Management:Coordinate and manage all aspects of program setup and executionincluding scheduling logistics resource allocation and studentmanagement.
    • Instructor Management: Recruitonboard and manage a network of qualified instructor contractorsensuring highquality delivery of educationalprograms.
    • Client and Partner Relations: Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients partners andindustry stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identifyopportunities for collaboration andgrowth.
    • Operations Optimization: Implementefficient processes and systems to streamline operations improveprogram delivery and enhance overalleffectiveness.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closelywith sales tech and other teams to ensure alignment andcollaboration in achieving company goals andobjectives.

    In short youll be part ofa small team entering a new market which means that the jobresponsibilities might vary in this role you will get to enjoy avariety of different tasks while working closely with theCEO.

    What makes you a great fit for therole:

    • University degree in businessadministration operations management or a relatedfield.
    • Multiple years of experience inoperations management
    • Strong organizational andmultitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and managetime effectively.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships andcollaborate effectively with diversestakeholders.
    • Proven track record ofproblemsolving decisionmaking and continuousimprovement.
    • Determined and goaloriented with agrowth mindset
    • Fluent in English; knowledge ofArabic is a plus.
    • Based in Riyadh Saudi Arabiaor willing to relocate there
