    Jamjoom Pharma has in a very short span of time emerged, as one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the Afrasia region. The geographical focus of the company is on countries in the Middle East, Africa, and CIS regions. Strategic focus on selected therapeutic categories has contributed to the rapid growth, market acceptance, and overall success of the company.

    Role Summary

    A Sales administrative assistant who provides high level administrative support to executives in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties .

    Responsibilities

    • Managing Tasks and activities that will be applied by all Central Zone Sales Team. such as: Communication efficiency with the corporate division & branches in daily basis, Managing Business transactions (collecting hotel invoices - Track cheques as applicable - collect expenses and submit in the beginning of each month,
    • E-management for documents and files & Sales reports downloads on daily basis and as needed.
    • Managing Sales expiries requests in daily basis, following up its approval process with executive sales assistant.
    • Managing the shipments with the couriers in daily basis and as needed.
    • Scheduling and coordinating staff-admin meeting and job interviews (collecting C.V., set appointments & pre/post feedback with talent acquisitioned..).
    • Scheduling and coordinating Sales Team marketing activities requests with the officially registered vendors.
    • Make travel arrangements for executives.
    • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of full-time experience in same filed
    • Degree in business administration or relative field.
    • Proven experience in similar administrative role.
    • Proficient in MS Office and 'back-office' software (e.g. ERP).
    • In depth knowledge of office management.
    • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management skills and communication abilities.
    • Fluency in Arabic & English languages.
