    The Logistics Cluster Manager is responsible for the oversight of multiple spare parts rooms located in staffed and un-staffed Data Centers.

    The role incorporates analyzation and continuous improvement around effectiveness of work methods, procedures, controls, and staffing.

    Our Logistics Managers ensure performance plans are set, maintained, continuously improved upon, and difficult problems are met with creative solutions to achieve highly accurate and timely inventory movement throughout our Data Centers.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Manage, coach, and develop Logistics Specialists utilizing available training programs, informal (e.g. onfloor coaching) and formal (e.g. written evaluation) job performance based feedback.
    • Generate and communicate highly accurate, accessible inventory metrics reporting to Stakeholders
    • Develop and implement consistent metrics to gauge employee performance.
    • Train hourly associates in required department processes.
    • Creatively resolve problems and make department impacting decisions in a highly ambiguous environment
    • Run stock level reports and analyze results; optimize onhand stock levels in effort to decrease costtoserve and increase efficiency of stock holdings.
    • Set and monitor inventory levels of stock rooms to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained to support build and repair activities.
    • Work closely with the logistics purchasing team to ensure cluster level stock is kept at appropriate levels.
    • Design, assess, and implement new strategies and initiatives to continuously exceed Customer expectations.
    • Continuous improvement through implementation of LEAN processes

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain or relevant studies
    • Experience in management/team lead function
    • Experience with inventory control and/or Inventory Management Systems (IMS/WMS)
    • Good understanding of best practice for inventory management and Logistics practices.
    • Must be a Saudi Arabian/GCC national
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficient with Tableau and SQL
    • Knowledge of IT Industry Logistics would be an advantage
    • Experience using metrics to perform analyses
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with producing process documentation
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure department objectives are met
