Project Manager - Land Development
Location: San Diego, CA
Discipline: Land Development

Responsibilities:

• Foster and expand client relationships, identify new project opportunities and make professional connections with current and future clients
• Write technical parts of proposals
• Manage and oversee projects, review technical work, and assist team members
• Engage in contract negotiation, authorize client billing and secure contract modifications
• Lead and communicate with team members to ensure completion of projects
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 8-10 + years of experience working on residential, commercial, or mix-use land development projects
  
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  
• Business Development Experience
  
• B.S. in civil engineering (or closely related discipline)
  
• Project management experience
• PE
  

Nice-To-Have:

• California project experience
  
• Strong communication skills
