    Responsibilities:
    • Fosterand expand client relationships, identify new project opportunitiesand make professional connections with current and futureclients
    • Writetechnical parts of proposals
    • Manage and overseeprojects, review technical work, and assist team members
    • Engage in contractnegotiation, authorize client billing and secure contractmodifications
    • Leadand communicate with team members to ensure completion of projects

    Requirements

    Must-Have:
    • 8-10+ years of experience working on residential, commercial, ormix-use land development projects
    • Workingproficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D
    • BusinessDevelopment Experience
    • B.S. in civilengineering (or closely related discipline)
    • Project managementexperience
    • PE
    Nice-To-Have:
    • Californiaproject experience
    • Strong communicationskills
